Digital Transformation & Supply Chain Management Trends

Abstract	The supply chains of the pharma industry will benefit from digital transformation. Incorporating technologies like AI, IoT, blockchain, etc., will help these companies become productive. It will also improve their compliance with regulatory standards. But this digital incorporation is not easy. This paper highlights digital transformation trends and challenges in pharmaceutical supply chains. It handles issues of legacy systems, data quality, cybersecurity, and organizational change management. Digital transformation is clearly shown not as a technological necessity in itself but more as an enabler of strategic growth and competitive advantage in a complex and heavily regulated environment.
