| Abstract | This research presents an AI-powered placement prediction system that analyzes student academic performance, technical skills, certifications, communication abilities, and extracurricular activities to forecast placement opportunities. Machine learning algorithms such as Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, and Random Forest are used to identify patterns from historical student data and predict placement outcomes with improved accuracy. The system helps students understand their strengths and weaknesses while enabling institutions to provide better career guidance and training programs. The proposed model aims to improve employability, reduce placement uncertainty, and support data-driven decision-making in campus recruitment processes. |
