| Abstract | The increasing complexity of regulatory reporting has driven financial institutions to adopt global delivery models that combine onshore regulatory expertise with offshore execution capabilities. While these models improve scalability, efficiency, and operational resilience, they also introduce challenges related to governance, knowledge management, accountability, and regulatory compliance. This paper examines how institutions successfully scale regulatory reporting organizations through effective operating models, governance frameworks, and technology enablement strategies. The study demonstrates that mature global delivery structures can enhance reporting quality, support regulatory transformation initiatives, and strengthen organizational readiness within evolving supervisory environments. |
