| Abstract | Stress is a significant concern among students, particularly nursing students, as they face multiple academic and clinical demands. Academic stress can arise from excessive assignments, shift duties, faculty relations, and time pressure, which may adversely impact their performance and well-being if not managed effectively. Deep breathing exercise is a simple, cost-effective, and evidence-based relaxation technique known to reduce physiological arousal and promote calmness. |
